Our Story

Built by clinicians.
Driven by evidence.

Complete Concussions was founded by Dr. Cameron Marshall, a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Fellowship through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences, after recognizing a critical gap between the research literature and what was actually being applied at the point of care.

Patients were receiving outdated guidance. Clinicians were managing complex cases without a structured, evidence-based framework. Organizations were making critical decisions without objective data to support them. Complete Concussions was built to change that.

Today, our network and patient database enables large-scale research that continually advances concussion management and the long-term health of the people we serve.
